What We Were Working With

How We Solved It
We started with a thorough pressure wash to remove all dirt, chalk, and loose paint. All trim joints and gaps were re-caulked, and bare spots were primed. We then applied two coats of premium exterior paint rated for Pacific Northwest conditions using a combination of spray and back-brush technique to ensure full coverage in the textured grain of the fiber cement.
